Can shopping centres have concrete polished in the middle of the centre?
Access is paramount when working in a premise that is in a shopping centre. Generally, 3 phase, 32 amp, 4 or 5 pin power plugs must be available close to the floor being polished in order for us to work there. If generators are required for power and are close to parking, there must be 2 parking areas available to provide parking room for both the van and the generator, which is the size of a car. We first used Grind and Seal at our Braeside premises in May 2018 to prepare our concrete floor into a beautiful shiny area for some vintage cars. The area was approximately 230 square metres and the finish was even better than we had expected.
